Can I buy and sell with it right now?
Not yet — and we won’t pretend otherwise. Yes: storefront, cart, hosted checkout, order emails, digital-file delivery and the till. Real card payments and refunds go through this engine on a live business today. You take Presence or Gold online — monthly or annual — or email us and we set it up with you.
Whose Stripe takes the money?
Yours. You connect your own Stripe key, so both online sales and in-person card payments settle straight into your own bank account. We never touch your money and take no cut of your sales.
Do the online shop and the till really share one catalogue?
That’s the whole point. One product list, one stock count, one set of books: the website checkout and the in-person POS both draw from it, so a sale at the counter and a sale online can’t oversell each other.
What hardware does the till need?
A Stripe Terminal reader (a BBPOS WisePOS E), paired to your account. The POS software that drives it is the current build; when it’s ready, the reader takes real card payments against the same catalogue.
How much is it, and is it a subscription?
Both: one monthly subscription covering hosting and support, with no setup fee, because the deck runs on our servers. WebDeck Presence (Forge shop + POS + terminal and Ledger accounts, alongside Beacon, Compass and Hearth) is £25 a month — the launch price; £49 after; Gold, the whole deck with InkFox, is £1,050 a year. Hosting, deck updates and support are all in the monthly plan, because the deck runs on our servers. We quote both before you commit, and your content and customer data are yours to export at any time.
Is this a WordPress plugin?
No. It ships inside the CP52 WebDeck platform: a fast, standalone, non-WordPress site built for you, with your content and data exportable at any time. No plugin sprawl, nothing to keep patching.
