The problem it solves

The admin doesn’t make your work — it steals the time you’d make it in

Every working creative knows the tax: the inbox, the diary, the chasing, the posting. It lands on you, at night, instead of the craft you’re actually here to do.

Do it all yourself, forever

The machinery of a business (email, calendar, drafting, follow-ups) eats the hours you meant to spend making. It never stops, and it’s always you doing it.

Or hire it out, at £30k+ a year

A capable UK personal assistant costs a business £30,000–£40,000 a year, plus NI, pension and the managing. Most makers can’t justify one, so the admin stays on your plate.

Why trust the builder

Built by someone who’s actually built things, and it runs a real business today

InkFox runs my own creative business every day, not a demo. The numbers behind the person who made it are real and hand-counted.

12businesses built and run · one a software company acquired by a global franchise group
1,000+students taught across the career
330individual students · 1 in 3 (37%) came back for more

Why it's different

Why it's different: built first, audited, then sold.

Most "AI agents" sold today are a clever specification with the wiring left to your imagination. InkFox was built the other way round, and then audited to prove it.

"InkFox's philosophy is genuinely ahead of most professional agent stacks. The lean-kernel boot, the prefilled-conversation self-conditioning, incident-encoded guardrails — these are real innovations that commercial frameworks don't have. The thinking is the product, and the thinking is good."
Independent AI architecture audit, June 2026

And the deeper difference: an Inkling is deeply CP52-product-aware. It natively understands the Creative Path 52 tools and dashboard (Creator Console, the LMS, Desk and Concierge, the Shop, Events and your Website), and — if you run a CP52 WebDeck — reads it and proposes the next actions on it for your approval, rather than living in a chat window off to one side. It proposes; you decide. Without a deck it is still your Inkling, on your own machine and your own mail.

What your Inkling does

What the app does: six jobs, not six promises

Switch on the layers worth it to you, leave the rest off, deepen over time. Each of these is a real capability, badged honestly further down.

A clean inbox, every morning

It triages and ranks your email overnight, so you open your laptop to what needs you, not a wall of unread.

Never miss a thing

It watches your calendar and nudges you in time (the “leave now”, the deadline, the school run): the quiet competence of a great PA.

The blank page stops winning

It helps you draft, sharpen and ship (blog, newsletter, social), paced to your creative energy, in your voice.

Judgement, not just obedience

It pushes you to act when you’re stuck in analysis, and checks facts against your real files before it speaks.

Grown-up under the hood

Your conversation stays on one good model while the background jobs run on deliberately cheaper ones, big tasks can be split across workers, and every day’s spend is capped and metered: serious power, no runaway bills.

It remembers its mistakes

Its safety rules are encoded from real incidents, with dates: genuinely careful, because it’s been taught what careless cost.

How you get it

How it works: buy it, download it, and it is yours in minutes

The install is the experience: nothing's a black box.

  1. 1

    Buy it, and download it

The signed installer and your licence key are emailed the moment your order settles. It runs on your machine, not a vendor server.

  2. 2

    Answer a few questions

Your work in a line, how it should sound, what to call it. InkFox seeds your Inkling's soul from your answers.

  3. 3

    Choose your layers

Open each one, read what it does for you, switch it on, or select all and explore the full thing.

  4. 4

    It's yours

Your Inkling is running on your machine, in your voice, on your accounts, and you understand every part.

Your Inkling is the brain at the centre: it orchestrates the five CP52 platform engines as one owned system, and each still runs on its own. See the platform →

Honest status

What’s live today — and what isn’t

We’ll never sell you a dotted line as a solid one. These badges are the real build state, straight from the production register. They are here so you know exactly what you are buying today, and what is still landing.

Live

The engine and its safety

The full system runs a real creative business today: an integrity-checked install (the payload is hash-verified before it unpacks, and refuses to install if it does not match), a hard daily spend cap that fails closed at 100%, and an automatic dated backup of any file it is about to overwrite.

Live

Cost telemetry

Every AI call is metered and written to a local ledger you own, counted against your daily cap, so “what did it spend today, and on what?” is always answerable.

Live

The installer

Signed by Apple, notarised and stapled, and proven end to end on a clean install: the wizard runs, the irreversible-action gate goes on first, and the whole thing was checked for anything personal before it shipped.

In build

The last wiring

Deeper memory layers, the full knowledge index, and the CRM / mail / quoting side of Business Ops are under way. They are included in the licence you buy today — nothing extra to pay when they land.

Live

Connecting Gmail and Calendar

One step in the wizard connects both, and then proves it — it asks Google who you are and what calendars you have, and shows you the answer. Your diary routines see your real day from the first morning. The connection is yours: it uses a Google client in your own account, and one click in your Google settings revokes it.

Live

Drift watch

A check runs every morning at 04:40 against the live model list, so a model that quietly stops existing upstream is something you are told about rather than something you discover. In build the router that picks a cost tier per task and the quality loop that retries a poor result one tier up: both are written, and land in the release after this one.

The offer

One licence. The whole thing. Owned, not rented.

There is one InkFox and one price: £350, one-off. Everything below is in it — nothing is sold separately, and nothing is held back for a higher tier. Each capability carries the same honest badge as the rest of this site: we’ll never sell a dotted line as a solid one.

One licence, one price

There is no ladder and there are no add-on packs. InkFox is a single standard licence at £350 one-off: the whole system, on your own Mac, running on your own accounts and API keys. Buy it and the signed download and your licence key are emailed to you straight away.

You own the system and understand it; it lives on your machine, not someone else's server. One one-off price, no subscription, no per-capability upsell. You bring your own model API key, so what you spend on AI is yours and capped by the guardrail ring. Want it installed with you rather than by you? The white-glove install is £750 and is described below. And if it turns out not to be for you, you have thirty days to say so and get your money back — no reason needed, no form to fill in: see refunds & cancellations.

The option, if you would rather not do it alone

Or have me set it up with you, 1:1 · £750

The licence is the product; this is my time. We book a session, share screens, and I set InkFox up on your Mac while you watch and ask — then I check the whole thing is genuinely connected before we finish. You end the call with a running Inkling you understand, not a folder of instructions.

The maths that makes it a no-brainer

Own your AI, and kill the admin subscriptions it takes over.

A capable UK PA costs £30,000–£40,000 a year. InkFox does a real slice of that job for a one-off you own. Its Business Ops capability is built to take over the admin tools you rent by the month — your mailer and your CRM — so those fees stop; that half is in build and included in your licence. It runs on your Mac, on your keys, with no platform in the middle.

One-off, then owned£350 once
Set to save ~£480 a year in mail & CRM subscriptions, once Business Ops lands. And that's before the £30,000–£40,000 of a PA: the job InkFox itself takes a real slice of.

Business Ops (CRM · CP52 Mail · quoting) is in build and included in the licence; the subscriptions it replaces are real, the wiring is landing. Sources (2026): Brevo / Mailchimp bulk-email plans ~£15–40+/mo scaling with list size (brevo.com · mailchimp.com); HubSpot Starter CRM ~£15/seat/mo (hubspot.com/pricing).

Built in the open, and on sale now at £350: the app is signed, notarised and proven on a clean install, and everything still landing is already in the licence you buy today.

Own it, don't rent it

InkFox runs on your own Mac, on your keys, with no vendor server and no lock-in: a companion you own and understand, not a SaaS seat you rent forever. One payment, a lifetime key, and every capability still landing is already included. If it will not run on your machine, write to me and we will sort it out.

Straight answers

Common questions before you buy

What exactly do I get for £350?

The signed, notarised InkFox Mac app and a lifetime licence key, emailed the moment your order settles, along with the sha256 so you can check the file and the first-run steps. One payment; there is no subscription and no per-capability upsell. Updates and support are included for 12 months; after that the app is still yours and keeps working, and renewing updates is optional at £99 a year.

What happens after the first 12 months?

Nothing stops. The app is yours, it keeps working on the version you have, and your data stays where it is. Updates and support are included for the first 12 months from purchase; after that you can renew them for £99 a year, or not — either way InkFox carries on running.

How soon can I use it?

Straight away. The download link and key are in your order email. The first-run wizard walks you through a series of short steps — licence, naming your Inkling and its Soul interview, your own OpenRouter key, voice, layers, skill packs, your deck if you have one, goals, your mailbox and your routines — and takes most people ten to fifteen minutes end to end. You can stop after any step and pick it up again from InkFox → Run Setup Wizard.

What is the £750 white-glove install, and do I need it?

You do not need it — the wizard is designed so you do not. It is for people who would rather it were done with them: a 1:1 consultation, screen sharing while I install and configure it on your Mac, coaching on how to actually use it, and a check that Gmail, Calendar, Notion, your Crew deck and your own API key are all genuinely connected. It is the install service, not the licence, so take it alongside the £350 licence (or on its own if you already own InkFox). I am in touch within one working day of your order to arrange a time.

Will it run on my machine?

InkFox is a Mac app that runs locally on an Apple-silicon Mac, macOS 11 or later, on your own accounts and API keys. There is no vendor server holding your data: you own it and you understand it. You will also need your own OpenRouter account — what you spend on AI is yours, and capped by the guardrail ring.

Isn't this just a ChatGPT wrapper?

No. It runs on your own Mac against your own keys — no vendor server holds your data — under a daily spend cap that fails closed, with every call metered to a ledger you own. Its architecture was put through an independent AI architecture audit in June 2026. It also ships with an irreversible-action gate switched on from the first run, so it will not send an email, delete one or put an event in front of other people without asking you. The thinking is the product, and it is natively aware of your whole CP52 stack rather than living in a chat window off to one side.

What happens when the AI models change?

Keeping new models wired in, and the routing retuned as prices move, is part of the product rather than a subscription — it reaches you in an update. The automatic daily drift-check that watches for a model shifting underneath you is built and lands in the next release.

Do I need to code?

No. The install is a few questions and a short step-by-step wizard. If you would rather it were done for you, that is what the white-glove install above is.

Is this the old “Creative CoPilot”?

Yes — honestly. It's the same system I built and have been running, relaunching under its real name: InkFox.

InkFox · from Creative Path 52

Your own AI, on your own Mac, for £350.

One licence, one payment, and it is yours: the signed Mac app and a lifetime key, emailed the moment you buy. Every capability is in it, including the ones still landing. Would rather I set it up with you? The white-glove install is £750. Want the method first? The technical papers explain how the whole system is built, from £3. Either way you have thirty days to change your mind and get your money back — no reason asked.
